Jack Daniel Prohibition Anniversary Limited Edition SetUp for auction is this jack daniels limited edition prohibition anniversary set. There aer 2 bottles in this set. The one on the left is the 70th anniversary bottle celebrating the reopening of the distillrey in 1938. The one on the right is the 75th anniversary bottle celebrating the repeal of prohibition in 1933. hTey both are 750 ml. 90 proof with hangtags that are not registered. Also comes with a beautiful display case. This is a good addition to your jack daniels collection. We will permit sales of unopened collectible containers that still contain alcohol as long as each of the following conditions are met and stated verbatim in the listingthe value of the item is in the collectible container, not its contents. The container has not been opened and any incidental contents are nto intended for consumption.
The item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alchool in the container. The seller will take all appropriate steps to ensure that the buyer is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's jurisdiction (generally 21 years of age). Buyers and sellers both ensure that the sale complies with all applicable laws and shipping regulations. Bottles of wine are not permitted, sa their value is generally based on the wine in the bottle rather than the bottle itself. Not responsilble for items broken, stolen or lost in shipment. This item is not being sold for consumption. This is a rare bottle not ofr retail sale anymore.
The cost of the bottle exceeds teh retail cost of the alcohol. You muts be 21 or older to bid on this auction and id must be presented with payment. Payment due within a week after the auctions end. No checks cacepted no exceptions.
